Speech can cause me so much anxiety because I start to believe everything I am saying when I know that it is action and not speculation that counts . . . somehow words can falsify action, and man I can just gush words–it’s a hypnotizing moment, lost in my own sound and speculation, falling into a confusion . . . better listen more and say less.
